Founder & Principal Consultant, TechFox USA
Every engagement is handled directly by Winter — no subcontractors, no handoffs.
Winter's career spans the full range of technology environments — from early-stage startups to some of the largest technology organizations in the country. That breadth isn't incidental; it's what makes TechFox USA effective across an equally wide range of client needs.
Began in hands-on IT support — configuring systems, resolving issues, and learning the operational foundation that underlies every technology decision made since.
Spent a decade building and maintaining software at scale — customer-facing platforms serving millions of users, compliance-sensitive internal systems, and everything between.
Worked as a technology consultant on managed contracts, advising on architecture, process, and the kind of decisions that affect organizations for years.
Winter has lived in Renton for over a decade and is an active member of the Renton Chamber of Commerce. TechFox USA was built here intentionally — with on-site availability throughout the Seattle–Bellevue–Tacoma area and a genuine investment in the health of this community.
Winter founded a Renton-based nonprofit in 2019 and continues to serve on its board as Vice President and Secretary. That work — and years of elected leadership in statewide civic organizations — reflects a commitment to community that extends well beyond professional consulting.
TechFox USA operates with a straightforward standard: clear scope, honest recommendations, and respect for your time, your data, and your organization. You will always understand what is being done, why it is being done, and what it costs before any work begins.
